Lemon Bottle is a type of lipolysis treatment. ‘Lipolysis’ means the breakdown of fats by a process called hydrolysis, a term which covers the release of fatty acids. What happens during the treatment?

This is then taken care of by the body’s natural waste removal processes and will be flushed out of the body every time you urinate. 24 hours before and after:

-Avoid Aspirin (ASA, baby aspirin), Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Ibuprofen.

-Avoid supplements including Omega 3 (fish oil capsules, flaxseed oil, chia, and hemp seeds), Vitamin E, Ginkgo biloba, garlic, ginseng, ginger, St John's wort.

-Avoid alcoholic beverages.

-Drink minimum 64oz of water.

-Oral Arnica 24-48 hours prior is recommended but not mandatory.

-Topical Arnica Gel (not cream) and Aquaphor or A&E ointment are recommended to help with healing.
